I will NOT draw:

  • Real life people

  • Mecha

  • Furry

  • Animals

  • Extreme Gore

  • NSFW

Examples of use:

For personal use commissions, examples of use:

  • Profile pic or a post on your social media.

  • Printing the art to hang in a room or office.

  • These are just personal commisions; the client can share the work online, but have no rights of making a profit of it and can not remove the signature.

For commercial use will be charge 50%

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • I have all the rights to publish the final work online (unless staded otherwise, but a privacy fee will be applied) with watermarks.

  • I reserve the copyright.

  • For personal commisions; the client can share the work online, but have no rights of making a profit of it and can not remove the signature.

  • If you share these commissions on social media, please credit @fadeintocosmos (on instagram, twitter, bluesky, tumblr, threads) on your bio or on a post.

Regarding crypto, nft and ai

Clients and or persons are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork, or my artwork from my gallery for non-fungible tokens (NFT) or generative AI. In addition, the use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non-fungible tokens, blockchains, cryptocurrency or generative AI is strictly prohibited.
I do not allow my artwork, personal or commissioned, to be taken/used for cryptocurrency/NFT/AI purposes. I will block/turn away clients or individuals who approach me with this intention.
